How the Review Process Works

The operator or organiser submits details of the installation through the LSASA submission form.

LSASA reviews the provided information to understand how the installation is intended to operate.

Additional information may be requested if the installation is not clearly defined.
Outcome Issued
A documented outcome is issued describing the installation as planned.
The review process is based on the information provided and supports planning before the event takes place.
Review Outcomes
After review, a documented outcome is issued describing whether the installation demonstrates planned and controlled operation based on the information provided.
Additional information or adjustments may be requested if required to properly understand the installation.
The outcome reflects the described configuration and supports communication between all parties involved.
Reference Numbers
Each submission is assigned an LSASA reference number.
This reference identifies the reviewed installation and can be used when communicating with venues, organisers and other stakeholders.

Role of the Review
